“The Sanctuary Course”
The Sanctuary Course will be held on the following dates:
Dec 9, 16, 30, 2020 and Jan 6, 13, 20, 27, Feb 3, 2021 (8 weeks)
Online, every Wednesday, 7-9pm.
The Sanctuary Course is a study guide for small groups, designated to raise awareness and start conversations in local churches regarding mental health. The course is for anyone who wants to learn about faith and mental health. It requires no previous training or expertise – just a willingness to engage in dialogue with other believers.
Over the course, participants will explore topics such as: Understanding mental health and illness, challenging stigma, the recovery journey, companionship, self-care, and the role of community in mental health recovery.
Everyone is welcome to join us for a rich and meaningful time together.
